YOUR MEDICINES IN GOOD HANDS.
Child-resistant, senior-friendly blister packaging
Medicines must not accidentally find their way into children's hands. This is a requirement, for instance, of the Poisons Prevention Packaging Act and § 28 of the Medicines Act – and it also engages manufacturers' own sense of responsibility. Rondo has developed folding boxes for child safety which prevent children from opening them or removing products, for example the CAREP’AK® system from A.C.D.. Together with the French company, Rondo has developed a suitable folding box for the patented solution. The mechanism is inserted inside the folding box and must be operated in order to enable the products to be pressed individually out of the pack. You can rely on them because all solutions have been tested by applying the American testing procedures for child-safe pharmacautical packaging (CFR § 1700.14 US Code of Federal Regulations). Another plus: The mechanisms are senior-friendly, so patients with limited motor functions also find it easy to open and close the packs.
